ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE

At Sierra Gorda SCM we believe that people are the cornerstone and the main focus of all our initiatives. Therefore, we devote our greatest efforts to promoting an optimal working environment, where relationships are based on respect and mutual understanding among all workers, regardless of gender, age, nationality, or disability status.

Likewise, we have set ourselves the goal of ensuring a safe working environment that promotes the integral well-being of our workers, providing the necessary conditions to boost their performance. Thus, we strive to strengthen the communications plan, putting our attention on the commitment and identity of our people. To achieve these goals, we charted two paths:

  1. Enhance the connection and involvement of the staff with the objectives and focuses of the Company.
  2. Strengthen feedback with workers.

To respond to the challenges facing Sierra Gorda SCM in the medium term, the Vice-President of Human Resources undertook several initiatives to attain the following objectives:
